- The instrument is distributed to direct reports, supervisors,
and peers, so that

using data interpretation and analysis. Assessment Plus compiles and
analyzes surveys,
and then generates customized summaries for each individual leader,
work group, team or the organization
as a whole.
- Professional coaches and consultants can provide feedback
to leaders, identify strengths and shortcomings, and help develop individual
action plans
for improvement.
- Equipped with the insight gleaned from expert diagnostic
procedures, solutions can be implemented for individual and organizational
growth through
goal tracking, executive coaching, leadership training, and resource
development. This step is designed to strategically align your culture
and leadership practices
with your organizational mission. Customized training, for example,
might be provided
to set the stage for team and individual improvement.
- Six to nine months after the implementation of a plan, leaders
can participate in customized follow-up surveys to get feedback on
whether they have improved
on the specific targeted areas.
